im in israel now for 3 wks so far its been amazing!!! .... finally had a chance 2 go on the net ... n of course check out the blog , now that i c the reunion took place plz post up pics! .... us aussies who r a million miles away wait 4 the pics as unfotunatly we cannot be there .

andddd just reminding you all that tonite is tisha b'av.....heres some info and customs....

the five things that happened on tisha b'av are...
1. the generation of jews that left mitzrayim were condemned to die in the desert and entry into the land was delayed 40 yrs!
2. the first beit hamikdash was burnt down
3. fall of betar (580,000 Jews died by starvation or the sword, including Bar Kochba, the leader of the rebellion)
4. jews of england were expelled in the year 1290
5. spanish expulsion in 1492
i think this was also the day when the warsaw ghetto uprising began...

We therefore commemorate this day by...
Mourning the destruction of the Temple and the exile of Israel, we abstain from eating and drinking, bathing, the wearing of leather footwear, and marital relations--for the night and day of Av 9 (i.e., from sundown on Av 8 to nightfall on Av 9). It is customary to sit on the floor or a low seat until after mid-day. Torah study is restricted to laws of mourning, passages describing the destruction of the Temple, and the like.

May we merit to not have to fast this tisha b'av!!!

i have to say sorry that i havent come bk from anywhere or havent gotten engaged or had a baby ... just yet lol

as u all know my previous blog had a picture of my face and i was trying to sell it... a week later it clearly hasen't worked so ive taken drastic measures and have loaded another one of my slef...

now i know this is the scary part and im gonna b single bc of it for the rest of my life but can we plz put this " size issue" away for a second and c the reall beauty in this picture.... i am talking about the pengunie lol i dont even know how the fuck to spell it... pengune? u know what im talking about it? that big this in the picture... not me, the pengunie lol sounds like some pasta i had for dinner last nite ... any way...

i bumped into devorah leah very randomly... infact im worried the girl has been stalking me since 2003 last day of school... i saw her in the middle of a car park at 12am at coles on orrong rd "catching up with a friend" i dont by it, but ill let her get away with it coz ive infact " cought up with few friends" in that car park my self lol good on ya devora leah... i just wish ure "friend" wasent a feemale... or was she a shemale? hahahahahaah and then out of no where rachelli elkis comes out ... now i say this is just a lil all to odd for me.... here's what i think happend... u all ready? :) im excited just to write this....

devorah leah was stonned bc she couldnt stop laughing when she saw me.... if she wasent stonned then i swear i must b very funny looking, she nearly died from laughter... no joke, i was with marina she's my witness.... back to the story....

she was stonned and got the munchies really bad and the nearest place that sells kosher food from where they smoked ( coles car park) was coles.... so they took the closest parking to the door... ( no shit) the desibled one... i was pissed coz i usually park there... then out of no where i hear some1 saying my name... i look and it devorah i was a lil scaptical of coming up to say hello bc u see... i was stonned as well :) then she starts laughing out of no where like as if i had a sigh on my forhead saying "please laugh at me when u c me..." well i dont. i figuered she was stonned... great!! i walked up to her... big mistake lol anyway... her mouth was getting more and more dry and she couldnt hold it bk any more and started walking off... as i approach my car, i see elkis... another fellow stonner who has just smoked....

now elkis was really good as hiding the fact that she was a lil high but i could c through her...

to hear the end of the story ure just gonna have to show up at the reunion and have a laugh with me... lets just say we all got a happy ending... hahahaahahahah

p.s im gonna make a little book of fantacy stories.... NO DEVORAH LEAH... U CANT BE IN IT hahahahahaahah

ok i think its time for me to rest and ill try and make it to the reunion... and i cant wait to c u all... letting u all know im wearing pants... its to cold for a skirt for me... sorry.... hope im still welcomed?

kkk...so heres the sitch..i guess its kinda a tradition that we cant stop soooo the reunion will take place IYH at Freedas house (thanks to e/o else who offered their homes...seriously!!)

so in short...

now....we need e/o to bring stuff soooo...pls post what you can bring were not going to do a whole dinner so bring things like for eg. drinks, salads, fruit platter, nosh, cakes, cookies etc and i guess thats all we'll have coz i aint making no fone calls!! ;-( and if e/o calls all their frends then we'll be set...i did send out an email so i hope it got to e/o.....

Hi Everyone!
Well it looks like my good luck has disappeared right at the time of these reunions (AGAIN). Just got back from Europe and the craziest month of my life and planning the wedding (I just got engaged in Italy last week, by the way! oops I should have started with that first maybe, never mind) and thought I should check out the blog, got all excited because it said the reunion was on the 29th of July and it was like "FINALLY I CAN COME TO ONE OF THESE THINGS" then you animals changed it back to the 22nd and I'm in Sydney for the whole long weekend (fiance's 28th birthday) so I'll miss it. Blah.

So I'm going to write everything in this blog and then you can all tell me about how amazing it was and I can check out the photos instead. Congratulations to Chana Dvora and Leah T and Shayna and Amanda and everyone else who also got engaged MAZEL TOVS all around.

Everyone who put up pictures you're all gorgeous and I'm loving these beautiful weddings and Alla you look like a hot French/Russian Spy and Irena the Valid and Rochelle where have you two BEEN? HOW IS LIFE? So excited to see your faces!!

Well this was supposed to be an exciting blog but I've run out of things to say and I'm still tired and jet lagged and boring... So I guess I'll go to sleep.

I got this from a forward, it's quite amazing. The author of some book shows how all the
letters of the Hebrew alphabet can be created using parts of theMagen David. Apparently he presents a challenge for the same to be done with any other language. On another note, it is so nice to see the class of 03 flying south for the winter. We will, of course, wait till Chani gets here till we organise a reunion.
